You can connect with an unlimited number of monthly active users (MAUs) per month. Whether you wish to connect with 1000 users, 100 thousand users, or a million users, you can do so! After 1000 free conversations per month, you will be required to pay for WhatsApp conversations. Along with the subscription fee.
What type of billing is it? Is it pre-paid or post-paid?
The billing is all pre-paid
What is the maximum number of contacts I can import?
Engagebird allows you to import an unlimited number of contacts. Only WhatsApp conversations initiated by you are charged.
Do WhatsApp conversations have separate management?
Yes, WhatsApp conversation credits need to be separately recharged and managed.
When a conversation (either UIC or BIC) is started, the cost of that conversation is taken from the recharge amount.
The cost of a conversation varies depending on the user's location.
