Continue to Facebook to apply for FREE WhatsApp Business API
It's important to have admin access to your Facebook Business Manager account to proceed with the application.
It's also recommended to verify your Facebook Business Manager account to gain full access to WhatsApp Business API.
You can verify it either while applying for WhatsApp Business API or after obtaining it.

Add your Business address details
In Embedded Signup, enter your Business Display Name, (visible to your users). If it's different from legal name, you can provide a relevant business website to proceed.
Choose your Business Category (Defines your business)
Add a Business Description (Appear in your profile to customers)
Register your Phone Number by submitting it and verifying the 6-digit code received via SMS or Voice. (Number not registered on any WhatsApp Accout)
Create / Select your WhatsApp Business Account
In the next step, you'll create a new WhatsApp Business Account or set up an existing account.
*Note: that this name is not the same as your Display Name for WhatsApp Business API.
To create a new Business account, enter your Business name and Timezone, and click 'Continue'.
Create a WhatsApp Business Profile
WhatsApp Display Name is the name people see when they message you.
If it's different from your company's official name, you can include a website to connect the two.
There are rules for creating a Display Name, which you can find in the WhatsApp Display Name Guide.
Choose the Category & add the Business Description
You need to choose a category that best describes your business and add a description (optional) that customers will see when they click your profile button.
You can change this description later. After this step, you can move on to the final step of your WhatsApp Business API application.
Verify your WhatsApp Business Number
To get the WhatsApp Business API, enter a phone number that can receive SMS or Voice codes for verification.
Click 'Send Code' and then enter the code you receive and click 'Submit'.
Make sure the phone number is connected and able to receive the code.
